Volunteer at the 2025 Induction Gala
The 2025 Canada’s Walk of Fame Induction Gala takes place on June 14, 2025 at the Metro Toronto Convention Centre in Toronto. We are looking for volunteer support for the Celebration, as well as for rehearsals on June 13 and 14.

Volunteer Program Frequently Asked Questions
What is required to volunteer?
Volunteers must be 18 years of age or older. While some assignments require a specific skill set, no previous experience is needed for most positions. Preference will be given to those who can work more than one shift (daytime and evening shifts available).
When are volunteers needed?
We do not need volunteers for events at the moment, but check back for future opportunities.
How long are shifts?
Shift lengths vary, however, most will fall at around 5 hours. Specialty assignments such as Talent Wrangling offer a more immersive opportunity with longer shifts. We are working on the schedule and will be able to provide further details later in the program.
How does scheduling work?
Selected volunteers can self-schedule online, choosing their shifts and assignments based on skill set and availability at the time of scheduling.
When will we find out if we are selected?
It will take time for recruitment and vetting applications but we will start notifying those selected as soon as we can. Applicants will be kept up to date on the program via email and the interactive Volunteer Portal once it opens.
When does the application close?
We will continue to accept applications until our needs are met.
