Over 1,400 guests gathered for Canada’s Walk of Fame 25th Anniversary Celebration, honouring 2023 Inductees Rosalie Silberman Abella, Tantoo Cardinal, Degrassi, Avril Lavigne, Rick Mercer, Dr. Brenda Milner, Michael Budman & Don Green (Roots), and Gary Slaight. Honourees included Allan Slaight Music Impact Honour recipient Kardinal Offishall, National Hero Catherine Abreu, Community Hero Autumn Peltier, and RBC Emerging Musician Program winner Josh Alexander.
The event was co-hosted by the Property Brothers and Deborah Cox, with presenters and special guests including Jason Priestley, Silken Laumann, Wendy Crewson, George Stroumboulopoulos, Wayne Barrow, and The Right Honourable Jean Chrétien.
