Roaring down a tarmac at speeds exceeding 160 mph may seem crazy to most, but the need for speed is in the blood of Jacques Villeneuve. The son of late racing legend Gilles Villeneuve, Jacques Villeneuve has established his reputation as a legend in the making.

By early 1997, the St-Jean-sur-Richelieu, Québec-born driver had won his seventh Grand Prix in less than two full seasons – one more than his father. He is one of only four drivers to win both the Formula One Driver’s World Championship and the IndyCar World Championship, and one of only five to win the Formula One Crown and the Indy 500. Confident enough to take the risks, Villeneuve continues to bring some much-needed cool to the international racing community.

Interesting Facts

He had the small role as a race car driver in the 2001 Sylvester Stallone action movie Driven.
