On Monday, October 17, 2022, Canada’s Walk of Fame celebrated Graham Greene, 2021 Inductee and acclaimed actor, with a special Hometown Stars event at Stratford Festival’s Lazaridis Hall. The free public celebration featured a commemorative plaque unveiling, guest speakers, and a musical performance by multiple Juno Award-winning singer-songwriter Ron Sexsmith.

Speakers Included:

  • Graham Greene, 2021 Canada’s Walk of Fame Inductee and Guest of Honour
  • Jeffrey Latimer, CEO, Canada’s Walk of Fame
  • Jeremy Snow, Executive Director, Ontario West Operations, Cineplex
  • Mayor Dan Mathieson, Stratford
  • Antoni Cimolino, Artistic Director, Stratford Festival
  • Kathrin Delutis, CEO, Stratford Perth Humane Society
  • Carl Gross and Silke Ware, Co-Owners, Alley Cat Café

Performances Included:

  • Ron Sexsmith, singer-songwriter
  • Sean Arbuckle, Stratford Festival actor, performing the national anthem

Graham Greene selected Stratford Perth Humane Society and Alley Cat Café as beneficiaries of his $10,000 donation, supporting animal welfare in his community.
