Toronto’s Newest Summer Concert Series Announces Additional Headliners and Special Guests for June
The Trews Acoustic Trio and Logan Staats among the artists joining Canada’s Walk of Fame’s The Sunset Concerts.
Taking place on Tuesdays throughout the summer, with a new lineup of performers, special guests and surprise performances each week.

(Toronto, ON) June 6, 2024 – Canada’s Walk of Fame, in partnership with Seeing Red Media, announce that rock n’ roll heavyweights, The Trews Acoustic Trio, and Juno nominated Mohawk singer-songwriter Logan Staats are the latest artists to headline The Sunset Concerts, Toronto’s newest summer music series.
An ultimate destination for live music lovers, and set against the backdrop of Toronto’s majestic Casa Loma, each Tuesday throughout the summer will feature a uniquely curated lineup of artists, special guests and surprise performances spanning multiple genres.
Previously announced Queen of R&B Soul and 2021 Canada’s Walk of Fame Inductee, Jully Black will kick start The Sunset Concerts on Tuesday, June 11. Joining Black are the evening’s musical hosts, Sam Drysdale and NIIVA, singer-songwriter Gracie Ella, and Canada’s Walk of Fame RBC Emerging Musician Program Alumni, J3M, with a special appearance by International Indigenous Rights and Water Activist, Autum Peltier, who was also named the 2023 Canada’s Walk of Fame Community Hero.
On Tuesday, June 18, The Trews Acoustic Trio will bring their intimate show of songs and stories to The Sunset Concerts stage along with breakthrough artists Cold Weather Captains and two of Canada’s Walk of Fame RBC Emerging Musician Program Alumni, YASSiN & Sean Terrio. Pop R&B artist, NIIVA returns as the evenings musical host.
Rounding out the month, on Tuesday, June 25, is headliner Logan Staats, who will bring a mix of blues, folk and soul to the series. Joined by musical host Sam Drysdale, additional artists confirmed for this day are Canada’s Walk of Fame RBC Emerging Musician Program Alumni, Siibii and award-winning singer and actor, Jackie Richardson.
