2007 Canada’s Walk of Fame Media Accreditation Application

PLEASE NOTE: If several journalists from your organization are requesting access, ONE APPLICATION should be submitted on behalf of your organization and one person should be named as the accreditation contact. Freelancers must have a letter of assignment from a media outlet.
